What a pleasant tasting tea this is! It has peppermint in it which really sets the soothing tone for this tea. The taste is very much like a light peppermint tea. The sleep herb, valerian, is in this tea as well. It takes about two to three minutes to steep fully and then it really is very pleasant to drink. Then about 30 minutes to 60 minutes later, you end up peacefully falling asleep. And there was no groggy feeling the next morning whatsoever. I really love this tea and would highly recommend it as an alternative to over the counter sleep medications or even herbal supplement capsule sleep remedies.

If the product has a four star review from me, then there was something that wasn't particularly awesome or perfect about it and I walk away thinking to myself "I may or may not consider buying that again in the future". So far, I haven't had too much occasion to leave a three star review, even for products I have paid full price for. A three star from me says "this was not what I thought it would be" or "yikes, this probably should go back to the drawing board". Two and one star reviews are reserved for those 'egads' moments, of which I have had very very few.***
